Real estate developer Casagrand on April 25, 2023, launched Casagrand Elinor, an affordable residential community in Navalur, Chennai. Spread across an area of 5 acre, the project offers 548 apartments, including a mix of 2 and 3 BHK units. The starting price of an apartment here is Rs 45 lakh. The RERA-registered project is set to be handed over within 24 months, says the company.
The project will offer many amenities such as a mini theater, pool jacuzzi, CrossFit corner, aroma garden and a multipurpose sports court. It will also house a 16,500-sqft clubhouse equipped with an AV room, foosball and arcade games, an exclusive gym, a coworking space and a rooftop lawn.
The high-rise residential community is located close to both Sholinganallur and Medavakkam junctions, and is surrounded by many schools, colleges, hospitals and offices. The area also enjoys connectivity to micro markets like Perumbakkam and Karapakkam. Moreover, many future developments, like the Thalambur Link Road and a metro station near Sathyabama university and SIPCOT have been planned in the vicinity of the project.
Vimesh P, senior vice-president of marketing at Casagrand, said, “Considering the tremendous growth of Navalur and its potential to emerge as the next popular residential hub in the city, we are coming with another project in the region, which is offered at half the price of market value in Sholinganallur and Medavakkam.”
