CIDCO e-auction: Registration, online application

CIDCO-auction sells shops and plots.

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) auctions plots and shops to the people of Maharashtra through CIDCO e-auction.

How does the CIDCO e-auction work?

The CIDCO board has shops and plots for sale. The plots vary across categories – residential, bungalow, residential-cum-commercial, commercial, service industry and star hotel use.

  • CIDCO floats e-auction advertisements.
  • This is followed by property details (land/shops), including the base price, the application form amount, the earnest money deposit to be paid, the bidding amount and the important dates.
  • Interested people can check these details and apply for the e-auction that happens real time and is transparent. The unsuccessful bidders EMD will be refunded by CIDCO once the auction is completed.
  • Once the auction ends, the highest bidder is the winner and one can check the results on the Cidco e-auction website.
  • The winner if he accepts the allotment has to pay the total money after which the plot/shop is allotted to him.
