Ignatius Navil Noronha, CEO of Avenue Supermarts that owns DMart and his wife Kajal Noronha have invested in two super premium apartments in Rustomjee Seasons in Bandra for over Rs 66.25 crores. Ignatius Navil Noronha and his wife’s apartments are spread over 8,379 sq ft and is a part of Rustomjee Group’s subsidiary Keystone Realtors. The apartments are very close to Bandra Kurla Complex.
According to an ET report, while Ignatius Navil Noronha has bought the apartment on the 24th floor with a carpet area of 4,522 for Rs 34.86 crore, Kajal Noronha has bought the apartment on 25th floor which is spread over 4,117 sq ft for Rs 31.38 crore. This is one of the biggest real estate transactions in Mumbai in recent times.

A stamp duty of Rs 3.3 crore has been paid by both buyers for registration of the property that took place on July 29, 2022. As part of the facilities, the apartments come with a total of 10 car parking slots. The apartments also have a deck and terrace area of 912 sq ft that adds the total area to 9,552 sq ft.
The project Rustomjee Seasons is currently in advanced stages of construction. Residential property market of Bandra (East) has been witnessing rising interest from corporate honchos and high-networth individuals in the backdrop of rising preference for BKC as the de-facto business district of Mumai and improving social infrastructure.
Ignatius Navil Noronha turned billionaire and richest professional residing in India owing to the rise in share prices of Avenue Supermarts. As of June 2022, Ignatius Navil Noronha has close to 1.31 crore shares of Avenue Supermarts.
