DTCP Haryana starts NOC drive for registration in 21 regularised colonies

For registration of any property in Haryana, an NOC from the DTCP is mandatory.

March 5, 2024: The department of town and country planning (DTCP) Haryana has started providing the no objection certificate (NOC) for registration of plots or houses in the 21 illegal colonies that were regularised in October 2023.  Spread over 186 acre land, the colonies are located in villages in Gurgaon, Manesar, Sohna, Pataudi and Farrukhnagar.

Note that for registration of any property – plot or house, an NOC from the DTCP is mandatory.

Citizens who have properties in these illegal colonies and want to register can obtain the NOC from https://tcpharyana.gov.in/

Login using mobile number, user id, OTP and sign in. If you have not registered, click on Register Now and proceed.
