EaseMyTrip co-founder Rikant Pittie has invested around Rs 99.34 crore in a commercial property in Gurugram’s Sector 32, mention documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm, CRE Matrix.

According to the documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the property is spread across 43,594 square foot (sqft). It is located near Rajiv Chowk in Gurgaon and has a built-up area of 1,00,429 sqft.
Registered in the name of Rikant Pittie, the property’s sale deed was executed on November 24, 2023. According to the documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the online travel portal’s co-founder paid a stamp duty of Rs 6.95 crore for this real estate transaction.
