Esha lives in a lavish Juhu bungalow with her family, including her parents Hema and Dharmendra.

Actor-producer Esha Deol provided a glimpse of her Juhu bungalow in Mumbai during an interview with Bollywood Bubble. During the interview, she offered viewers an inside look at her residence, which she shares with her mother, actor Hema Malini, and the rest of the family. Additionally, she showcased her father Dharmendra’s influence on the home’s decor and gave a glimpse of her office space, where she reviews film narrations.

Esha Deol house: Interiors

The house is adorned with many paintings featuring Hema Malini and Dharmendra, serving as a tribute to Esha’s iconic parents. Esha disclosed that both she and her actor-father Dharmendra have a penchant for collecting unique and whimsical artefacts displayed throughout the house. She also mentioned that the house features numerous glass windows, as none of her family members prefers enclosed spaces. Esha Deol’s living space is enriched with outdoor plants and an abundance of lush greenery.

Esha Deol house: Dance rehearsal

Esha Deol provided a glimpse of the dance rehearsal hall, a multifunctional space adorned in vibrant shades of orange and yellow. The room boasts wooden flooring and is predominantly designed by her mother, Hema. The walls of this hall are graced with captivating photographs of Hema from her various dance performances. There’s a spiritual ambiance within the room, and a no-footwear policy is strictly enforced. This space has witnessed numerous dance rehearsals featuring 20-30 dancers, and Hema used it to prepare for her shoots. Additionally, it holds sentimental value as Esha’s engagement took place here. Esha, who married businessman Bharat Takhtani in 2012, is now a mother to two daughters, Radhya and Miraya.

 

Esha Deol house: Hema Malini’s home office

Esha then offered a peek into the home office situated on the premises, adorned with prominently sized photographs of Hema Malini, along with a selection of images featuring her alongside her husband, the actor Dharmendra. Notably, there’s a photo frame capturing Hema and Dharmendra seated atop a camel from the film Razia Sultan. Esha disclosed a heartwarming detail that her mother was expecting her when this photo was taken. The room also serves as a showcase for the numerous awards Hema has garnered over the years, with these accolades elegantly displayed on wooden and glass bookshelves throughout the space.

 

Esha Deol house: Make-up room

The actor also provided a tour of her outdoor vanity room, distinguished by its French doors and an assortment of posters, collectibles and photographs featuring Esha herself. Notably, a poster within the room bore the inscription, ‘In this home, everyone is a movie star… please enter in style’. The space is equipped with a substantial mirror and a table adorned with makeup and associated products, serving as Esha’s preparation area before her shoots. Adhering to a black-and-white colour scheme, the room opens up to a petite garden with seating arrangements. A selection of coffee table books is thoughtfully arranged in front of a prominent feature wall within the room. Moreover, the space is thoughtfully furnished with two chairs for Esha’s daughters, who often watch their mother as she prepares herself for her endeavours.

Esha Deol house: Living room

The living room, situated on a different floor of the house, has been a part of the home since before Esha’s birth and still retains some furniture that belonged to her grandmother. As you enter this second living room, your attention is drawn to a grand mirror adorned with an ornate golden frame, complemented by a console table in matching aesthetics. The recently renovated living room adopts a neutral colour palette and is furnished with inviting mint green sofas, lending it a touch of femininity through shades of pastel pinks, mint blue and grey. Additional seating is provided, complete with customised cushions featuring the faces of her parents, creating a warm and personalised ambience. The adjacent dining area is tastefully coordinated with striking light fixtures, seamlessly extending the elegant decor.
