Godrej Properties buys land parcel in Bangalore’s Yeshwanthpur

The land is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 1.4 lakh sqft saleable area.

January 17, 2024: Godrej Properties on January 16, 2024, in a regulatory filing informed that the company has acquired an additional one acre of land parcel in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore, taking the land purchase here to 5 acre in total. Bought through an outright purchase for the development of premium residential apartments, the new land has a developable potential of approximately 1.4 lakh square foot saleable area.

Godrej Properties on January 2, 2024, announced that it had purchased a 4-acre land parcel on an outright basis in Yeshwanthpur. The land is estimated to have a developable potential of approximately 7 lakh square foot of saleable area comprising premium residential apartments of various configurations. With the new acquisition, the estimated revenue potential of the land is Rs 1,250 crore.

The site is strategically located with a huge frontage on National Highway – 75 (NH75) and enjoys proximity to the Goraguntepalya and Peenya Metro Stations. The location also provides connectivity to the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru and other key areas of Bengaluru through Outer Ring Road – Hebbal.
