July 1, 2024: Real estate developer Godrej Properties today announced that it will develop an 11-acre land parcel in Hinjewadi, Pune. The development on this land will comprise primarily group housing and high street retail. The project will have a developable potential of approximately 2.2 million square foot (msf) with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 1,800 crore.
The land parcel is located near the upcoming Megapolis Metro Station and enjoys easy connectivity to key IT hubs in Hinjewadi, Pune, along with access to schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants and premium hotels.
