February 1, 2024: The Haryana state government has given an in-principle approval to amend the Revised Tentative Sectoral Plan of sector-109, 112, 113, 114 and 115 (Residential, Commercial & Institutional), Gurugram.
Note that the Revised Tentative Sectoral Plan of sector-109, 112, 113, 114 and 115 (residential, commercial and institutional), Gurugram that was approved on July 23, 2014 as per final development plan – 2031 AD Gurugram received a representation.
It was regarding the re-alignment of part of 24 mtr wide internal circulation road passing through the licensed land for group housing having an area measuring 10.744 acre in sector-112, Gurugram Manesar Urban Complex-2031. The representation was examined and submitted for orders of government.
A copy of earlier approved sectoral plan as well as proposed revised sectoral plan has been hosted on the departmental website at www.tcpharyana.gov.in.
The government has called for any person having any objection to the proposed revised plan to file their objection along with reasons in writing to the office of District Town Planner, Gurugram situated at HSVP Office Complex, Sector-14, Gurugram or Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Nagar Yojana Bhavan, Plot No.3, Block-A, Sector-18-A, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh. The objections have to be sent within 30 days from issuance of this notice- January 31, 2024. The objections can also be filed through email i.e. [email protected]. The objections received after given period will not be entertained, mentioned the notice.
