All about Greater Noida Master Plan 2041

The master plan outlines the anticipated development of Greater Noida over the next 18 years.

Greater Noida, situated in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, was conceived as an extension of Noida. Both Noida and Greater Noida have experienced significant growth, particularly in residential and infrastructural development. The government has outlined a long-term vision for the city’s economic advancement through the Greater Noida Master Plan 2041. Approved by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) in August 2023, during its 131st board meeting, the master plan aims to establish inclusive urban communities. These communities are envisioned to provide residents with access to social and infrastructural amenities, coupled with exceptional architectural standards. Here is a comprehensive overview of the Greater Noida Master Plan.
