The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) caters to the needs of homebuyers looking for affordable housing options in the city by launching various housing schemes. In June 2023, the authority launched the first-come-first-serve scheme. The DDa provides an online facility to apply for DDA flats. Interested applicants must ensure they fulfil the eligibility criteria.

Delhi residents can easily apply for a DDA flat online by visiting its official website. Here is a step-by-step guide:

How to apply for DDA flats in Delhi 2023?

  • Click on the ‘Registration’ link. Applicants must provide their name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and Aadhaar number. The applicant’s PAN will be the User ID to log in.

Note that one should use a valid email ID. There is no scope for changing PAN number, mobile number and email ID afterwards.

How to apply for DDA flats in Delhi 2023?

  • The user will receive OTP on their mobile number for confirmation. Submit the OTP to complete the registration procedure.
  • Once the registration is completed, go to the eservices.dda.org.in website. Click on the ‘DDA Housing Scheme’ link.
  • Click on ‘Login’. Log in to the website using your PAN number and password.

How to apply for DDA flats in Delhi 2023?

  • Select the DDA housing scheme application form. Provide relevant details such as name, address, bank details, joint applicant details, etc. Choose the category and location preference.
  • Upload required documents. Read the declaration and select the declaration box. Click on ‘Submit’.
  • After submitting the application form, complete the online payment using net banking or NEFT/RTGS
  • The page will display the e-challan, application form number and amount. Click on ‘Continue’ to complete the payment.
  • Take a printout of the e-challan and deposit the registration amount. An acknowledgement slip will be generated.

 

Documents required to apply for DDA flats

  • Self-attested PAN card copy
  • Identity proof and address proof
  • Scanned image of applicant’s signature in prescribed format
  • Joint signature in case of joint application in prescribed format
  • Passport-size photograph in prescribed format
  • Joint passport-size photograph in case of joint application in prescribed format
  • Bank account passbook or bank statement
  • Income proof for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category

Additional documents such as original caste certificate, original handicapped certificate, self-attested copy of guardianship certificate, discharge certificate, etc. for reserved categories.
