January 17, 2024: Real estate investment platform, Integrow Asset Management is all set to invest Rs 100 crore in Pune-based Paranjape Schemes’ upcoming project in Manpada, Thane. The project will have a development potential of 1.5 million square foot (msf).

The Rs 100 crore investment from Integrow is structured as a senior secured instrument, reflecting the fund’s commitment to prudent and secure investment practices. This infusion of capital will support the Thane project.
