July 29, 2024: Real estate developer JMS Group has acquired 8.65 acres of prime land in Sector 95, New Gurgaon, according to an official release. With this, the developer will embark on a large-scale group housing project in one of the prime locations in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Upon completion, the upcoming project is projected to generate revenue of around 1,000 crore. The developer has allocated an investment of approximately 400 crore for the construction of the residential project.
Pushpender Singh, managing director of JMS Group, expressed his optimism, stating, “Acquiring this prime land in New Gurgaon underscores our strategic growth plans. We are excited about the potential of this project to redefine urban living in Gurgaon. This endeavour not only represents a substantial investment but also reaffirms our dedication to creating sustainable and contemporary living environments.”
According to the developer, the group housing development will feature modern amenities and eco-friendly design along with a range of housing options, catering to various segments of the buyers. Construction is expected to commence post approvals, with completion expected within the next few years.
