June 22, 2023: K Raheja Corp Homes has launched a luxury housing project in Mumbai’s Juhu, at BR House, which has been rechristened as Maestro. Spread over one lakh square foot (sqft) of premium saleable area, the project features limited-edition residences. It is surrounded by the 300-acre Juhu Aerodrome on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other. This offering is designed by Singapore’s Eco-Id Architects.
The project is RERA-certified, with possession expected by 2026. Designed to cater to the top industrialists, CEOs, CXOs and media and Bollywood personalities, the project offers ultra-premium apartments, offering living spaces going up to 10,000 sqft on a single floor. Apartments will have in-room 11.4-ft floor-to-floor height.
The project is located on the golden mile of Juhu near Juhu Beach, five-star hotels and the proposed coastal road. It will include 20 amenities spread across the ground level, 1st level and the rooftop and terrace. At the ground level, residents will have access to outdoor fitness areas, a kids’ play area, a reading corner, seating alcoves, a multipurpose party lawn, walking trails and a grand entrance lobby with a café.
The first floor of Maestro includes around 3,000-sqft amenity level comprising a gymnasium, a yoga area and a conference room. A semi-Olympic 25-metre infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a pool lounge with an outdoor shower area, an alfresco and BBQ area and an entertainment zone will be located on the rooftop. The terrace provides amenities such as a bay vista and bar lounge, a gourmet grill and a communal dining lounge.
