October 9, 2023: Actor Manoj Bajpayee and wife Shabana Raza have invested Rs 31.08 crore in four office units on the 12th floor of the Signature building, Oshiwara, mention documents accessed by Floortap.com. Each unit costs Rs 7.77 crore.
A stamp duty of Rs 1.86 crore was paid for this deal by Bajpayee and his wife.
Spread across 7, 620 sqft carpet area, each unit is around 1,905 sqft.
In the last few months, a number of Bollywood actors have invested in commercial spaces in this building that has been developed by Veer Savarkar Projects.
