Mhada FCFS scheme extended till February 2.

January 25, 2024: In a bid to increase people participation, the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) Konkan Board’s first-come-first-serve (FCFS) scheme has been further extended till February 2. Under the Mhada Konkan First Come First Serve scheme 2,278 units will be sold.

This Mhada Konkan FCFS scheme that started in September 15, 2023 has got many extensions. There are chances of a further extension too. People who are interested to participate in the lottery can register on https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/OnlineApplication/Konkan/ .

Last date for online payment	February 2, 2024
Last date for RTGS/NEFT	February 4, 2024

The date on which the list of winners of the FCFS Scheme and refund date is still to be decided. The Mhada Konkan FCFS scheme is one of the longest running Mhada schemes and has been running for more than four months.
