Real estate developer NMBPL (New Modern Buildwell) has started handing over plots in its township, Navyug Smart Mini City in Prayagraj, UP, the company said in a statement on April 6, 2023.
The 12.5-acre integrated housing society offers apartments and plots for sale. The 125 plots offered in the project have sizes from 72 square metre to 279 square metre while apartments in the projects are 1, 2 and 3BHK configurations. Located at the NH-2, Kanpur Road, Prayagraj, the RERA-registered township provides buyers amenities such as a clubhouse, commercial complex, 24×7 security, shopping centres and recreational facilities.
The project is a blend of excellent location, world-class amenities and amazing infrastructure, the company said in a statement on April 6, 203.
“The project is located near major landmarks of the city which include the Air Force Golf Course, the proposed Ring Road and the metro. During this Navratri, 11 plot owners performed Bhumi Pujan, and the construction of their dream home will start soon,” it added.
Prabhat Sinha, DGM-NMBPL, said, “Navyug Smart Mini City is our latest and most modern project which incorporates features of smart cities. We used technology to reach smart outcomes.”
