Parivahan Tamil Nadu: Meaning & Portal Login Details

To assist the Indian Government in achieving its aim of becoming digital, the National Informatics Centre created the Parivahan Tamil Nadu web platform.

The Ministry of Highway and Road Transport launched the Sarthi Parivahan Sewa initiative. The transport authority will automate all operations regarding vehicle registration and driver’s licences via the use of smart card technology.

The implementation of this strategy would address issues such as interstate automobile mobility and creating state and federal registers. It essentially helps to harmonise procedures related to vehicle registration and driving permits. All services about driver’s licence and vehicle registration will be housed on a single platform under this proposal.

Searches for automobile registration numbers issued by RTOs are handled by the software application mParivahan. All Indian states have access to these facilities. To assist the Indian Government in achieving its aim of becoming digital, the National Informatics Centre created this web platform.
