January 19, 2024: Piramal Realty, the real estate arm of Piramal Group, on January 18, 2024, broke ground for its newest tower at Piramal Revanta in Mulund, Mumbai. Piramal Revanta has already successfully delivered its initial two towers and another two towers are nearing completion. The development is located in a 12-acre ecosystem at the foothills of Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP).
The launch of this new phase will introduce a 3-acre private park providing over 30% green cover. These open spaces will feature retreat-style amenities. The investment for the construction of this new phase would be around Rs 700 crore, spanning across six years. Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC), the multi-disciplinary design firm, has been engaged to serve as the principal consultant for the new phase.
