The Maharashtra State Co-operative Housing Societies Federation has recently launched the Sahakar Samvad, a grievance redressal portal for co-operative housing societies. The online portal can be accessed on https://sahakarsamvadhousingfed.in/.

According to media reports, more than 1,25,000 housing societies in Maharashtra will benefit from this online facility. The website can be accessed in English and Marathi.

Before the launch of this portal, members of a society had to physically go to the registrar office to file a complaint. This website will provide ease of service and allow people to track the progress and status of each complaint.
