March 19, 2024: Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has purchased a luxurious property for Rs 7.5 crore in Pune and has leased it immediately for Rs 3.5 lakh per month, as per documents accessed by Zapkey.
The property, located in the Panchshil Yoopune project in Pune’s Hadapsar, spans an area of 4248 square foot (sqft). It was purchased on March 5, 2024 from ASN Properties Private Limited. The actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 52.5 lakh for the property, as per the report.
The property was leased to Cherise India Private Limited, a beverage company, on the same day, as per the leave and license agreement. The lease is for a period of five years and the tenant has paid a deposit of Rs 14 lakh. The document showed a provision for a 5% rent escalation every year.
Hadapsar is a town in eastern Pune with a mix of residential complexes, tech parks and corporate offices.
Tiger Shroff House in Mumbai
Tiger Shroff owns an ultra-luxurious 8BHK apartment at the Rustomjee Paramount project in the posh Khar West neighbourhood of Mumbai. The property has a value of around Rs 35 crore. Â
The apartment is located within a gated community with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8BHK houses. Tiger Shroff’s apartment spans over 1,372 square foot (sqft) of area. The actor’s home includes three spacious bedrooms, a powder room and a personal gymnasium.
The actor grew up in a house in Bandra with his sister Krishna. He wanted to buy back his family’s old apartment at Le Pepeyon on Mount Mary Road, Bandra. However, he stepped back since his parents turned down the offer. He then purchased this 8BHK house in Mumbai.
