February 22,2024: Indian cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal has invested Rs 5.38 crore in an apartment in the under-construction Ten BKC project, Bandra (East), mention documents accessed by Zapkey. The apartment spreads over 1,110 square foot (sqft) and was registered on January 7, 2024, by Jaiswal, mention the documents.
Ten BKC is located in the Bandra-Kurla Complex and was originally a project of Radius Estates that filed for insolvency. The project is now being developed by Adani Realty. The project offers configurations including 2, 3 and 4 BHK.
While Bandra (West) had an upper hand in terms of being the preferred realty investment destination for most, Bandra (East) with close proximity to the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) has become very popular.
