October 26, 2023: Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has purchased an apartment worth Rs 17.01 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra, according to documents accessed by realty platform IndexTap.com cited in media reports. The luxurious house is located at Pali Hill and has a carpet area of 1,474 square foot (sqft). The property includes two reserved parking spots.
As mentioned in the reports, the property seller is Keystone Realtors Limited, and the document was registered on October 23, 2023. The actor has paid a stamp duty of Rs 85.07 lakh for the apartment.
Bandra is an upscale neighbourhood in Mumbai, which is home to many other well-known Bollywood stars such as Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Siddharth Malhotra and others. In 2022, Bollywood star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone invested in a luxurious property in Bandra, near Shahrukh Khan’s house, Mannat. Recently, actor Sonakshi Sinha purchased a sea-facing apartment in Bandra Reclamation, Bandra (W), worth Rs 11 crore. Sonakshi Sinha already owns an apartment on the 16th floor of the same building, 81 Aureate promoted by Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces.
Preity Zinta lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Gene Goodenough and their twins, Jai and Gia. She made her Bollywood debut in 1998 and has worked in many successful Hindi films.
