September 11, 2023: Actors Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan have all invested in office properties in the same building Signature Tower, a 28-storey commercial building located in Oshiwara, Andheri, as per a Moneycontrol.com report.
According to documents accessed by Floortap.com, Big B has invested around Rs 28 crore for four units that spread across a carpet area of 7,620 sqft on the building’s 21st floor. The property comes with 12 parking spaces (three with each unit). A stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore was paid for this transaction mentioned the report.
In the same building’s fourth floor, Kartik Aryan has bought the office unit 403 for Rs 10.9 crore. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 47.55 lakh for his purchase.
On the same fourth floor, Sara Ali Khan also bought an office space in joint ownership with mother Amrita Singh for Rs 9 crore. She paid a stamp duty of Rs 41 lakh for this transaction.
While Amitabh Bachchan bought the property from Veer Savarkar Projects, the building’s promoter, Kartik and Sara bought their projects from Aishwarya Property and Estates.
Incidentally, actor Kajol and husband Ajay Devgn also have property investments in this commercial space. While Kajol bought one unit of office space in this building for Rs 7.64 crore, Ajay Devgn bought five units spread across a built-up area of 13, 293 sqft for Rs 45.09 crore.
