Ashar Group launches discount offers for its Thane projects – Sapphire and Edge

At a webinar organised during’s Mega Home Utsav 2020, Mumbai-based developer Ashar Group launched easy payment options for home buyers in two of its housing projects in Thane, Ashar Sapphire and Ashar Edge

This may be the best time to buy a home in Thane, considering that the Maharashtra government has reduced the stamp duty rates to 2%. At a time when interest rates are also at a record low level, leading developers in the area have launched festive offers to make the deal much sweeter for buyers.

“Investing at this point of time offers buyers several monetary benefits, in the form of stamp duty reduction and festive discounts by builders. This is the perfect opportunity to grab these benefits. Also, with the way the market is going, good projects are seeing high demand and would certainly witness a price appreciation in the near future,” said Ayushi Ashar, director, Ashar Group, during a webinar organised by, as part of its Mega Home Utsav 2020.

Festive offers at Ashar Edge

A 33-storey twin-tower housing project, Ashar Edge offers 1BHK and 2BHK units that come along with premium amenities. With an aim to offer buyers easy payment options, the builder has launched a 30:30:30:10 payment plan during the festive season. Aside from that, the Thane-based builder is also offering an assured gift on every booking under its spin-and-win offer.

“Historically, our focus has been on delivering our projects on time. The same remains true for all our ongoing projects, including Ashar Edge,” said Sagar Pardikar, head, project sales, Ashar Group. Pardikar emphasised that the USP of the Edge project was its strategic location.

On the question of whether one should invest in an under-construction project, Ashar replied that buyers can go ahead, provided they have trust in a reputed builder. “Our sales have to match our construction. This means, if the construction work is 60% complete, we would like to sell 60% of the units in a project. This is precisely why we are able to meet the strict delivery deadlines we keep against Ashar projects. This is why our projects have always experienced appreciation,” said Ashar.

Festive offers at Ashar Sapphire

Another strategically-located development, Ashar Sapphire offers 2, 3 and 4BHK homes. “How the space is utilised is very important across all Ashar projects. The same is true of the Sapphire project,” said Jay Modi, project sales head, Ashar Group, adding that the Sapphire project, a Vastu-compliant development, provides buyers with all modern amenities and breath-taking views.

With a majority of the work at the project completed, the builder has already started providing possession in the project, which has two 27-floor towers.

“The response for the Sapphire project has been tremendous,” Modi added. The biggest USP of the Sapphire project is that it is a ready-to-move-in project, within an affordable range, he concluded.
