The information pertaining to land ownership is quite important if you are purchasing land in UP. You can get the information about land ownership pattern by selecting the ‘khatauni ansh nirdharan ki naqal dekhein’ (view the details of land ownership of a khatauni) on the Bhulekh UP portal.

Following this, you will also be asked to continue your search using the khasara/gata number or the khata number or the name of the owner (khatedar). How to know disputed property on UP Bhulekh?
Step 1: Before you invest in land or property in UP, you must also check if the property is caught in any kind of legal or financial dispute. This can be done, using the ‘भूखंड/ गाटे के वाद ग्रस्त होने की स्थिति जाने ‘ (know the status of encumbrances on land/ property) option on the home screen.
Step 2: Once you click on that option, you will be redirected to a new page, providing you with a list of all the districts in UP, tehsil and village. Select the relevant options.
