Brigade Group launches new commercial project in Bangalore

Brigade Deccan Heights is spread across 2.2 acre with a development area of 4.3 lakh sqft.

June 23, 2023: Brigade Group has announced the launch of a new commercial project Brigade Deccan Heights. The project was designed by renowned architecture firm Venkatraman Associates, and is spread across 2.2 acre with a development area of 4.3 lakh square foot (sqft). It comprises two basements, a ground floor and six floors of parking and 17 floors with a typical floor covering an area of approximately 27,200 sqft. The project is classified as a Grade A IGBC Pre-gold certified building. Its façade features strip glazing, punch windows, and an exclusively designed core that allows natural light throughout the day. 

 

Strategically located in Yeshwanthpur, on Outer Ring Road in North-West Bangalore, Brigade Deccan Heights is only 45 minutes from the Kempegowda International Airport. It is connected to the Central Business District (CBD), via a six-lane elevated expressway, which links the approach road to North Bangalore Outer Ring Road and the NICE corridor, providing easy access to South Bangalore. An operational metro line and other local transport facilities provide easy connectivity to CBD and other parts of the city. It is strategically located on the national highway which is close to Brigade Gateway, which houses World Trade Center Bangalore.

 

Brigade Deccan Heights is designed as per NBC 2016 and Karnataka Fire Force norms. It also comes with a host of state-of-the-art amenities and technologies including a cafeteria, coffee shop, flex offices, ample parking for cars and bikes, landscaped gardens, 100% power backup, centralized air-conditioning, zero discharge facility, rain water harvesting and STP and WTP provisions.
