DLF’s luxury project in Gurgaon sold out in 72 hours of pre-launch

The developer collected Rs 50 lakh per booking.

Real estate developer DLF has successfully sold all 1,113 luxury apartments, valued at over Rs 7,200 crore, during the 72-hour pre-launch phase of its latest project, DLF Privana South in Gurgaon. Departing from the usual practice of Rs 10 lakh, the developer collected Rs 50 lakh per booking. The entire Rs 7,200 crore amount will be realised upon the completion of the project, slated to finish in five years.

The 4-room apartments are priced between Rs 6.25-7.5 crore, while the penthouses command prices ranging from Rs 11-14 crore each. Notably, 25% of the bookings were made by Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Each apartment spans 3,500 square foot (sqft) and to deter bulk bookings, buyers were limited to one unit each. The exclusive development, consisting of 1,113 meticulously designed luxury residences in seven towers, offers 4 BHK apartments and 14 penthouses, boasting a view of the Aravalli range and proximity to the upcoming Safari Park spread over 10,000 acre.

Situated over 25 acre, ‘DLF Privana South’ is part of the larger DLF Privana development covering approximately 116 acre in Sectors 76 and 77 of Gurgaon, near the Aravalli Range. It strategically connects with Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48, NPR (Dwarka Expressway) and CPR, providing swift accessibility to key city hubs and beyond.

In another successful venture, DLF’s project named ‘The Arbour’ achieved sales exceeding Rs 8,000 crore within 72 hours of the pre-launch stage. With a rich history of developing over 158 real estate projects and covering an area of more than 340 million square foot (msf), DLF Group holds significant potential with 215 msf of development across residential and commercial segments. Additionally, the group boasts an annuity portfolio exceeding 42 msf.
