According to media reports, the apartment is in Navroze building that offers housing options with 3BHK and 4BHK units ranging in sizes (carpet area) from 1,119 square foot (sqft) to 2,557 sqft. The project comes with luxury amenities such as a clubhouse, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, etc.
