Lenskart founder Peyush Bansal buys house worth Rs 18 cr in Delhi

The property has a total covered area of 10,111.7 sqft, located on a 680 sqm plot.

October 11, 2023: Peyush Bansal, co-founder and CEO of eyewear brand Lenskart, has recently purchased a house worth around Rs 18 crore in Delhi’s Neeti Bagh, mentioned media reports. According to documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE matrix, the area of the house is 5,056 square foot (sqft). The property has a total covered area of 10,111.7 sqft and is located on a 680 square metre (sqm) plot in the upscale neighbourhood of Neeti Bagh.

As per reports, Bansal purchased the basement and the ground floor of the bungalow from Surinder Singh Atwal. Bansal paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.08 crore for the transaction. Based on the circle rates in the area, the property is valued at around Rs 5.42 crore, the documents mentioned.

Neeti Bagh is a posh locality in South Delhi situated near the upscale localities of Defence Colony and Krishna Nagar. The area is surrounded by parks and greenery and provides well-developed social infrastructure facilities. Property prices in Neeti Bagh are available in the range of Rs two crore to Rs 20 crore. The average property price is Rs 30,598 per sqft.
