Yeida announces Group Housing Plot Scheme for Greater Noida

Applications have been invited for six categories of group housing plots in Sector 22D.

October 11, 2023: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has announced the Group Housing Plot Scheme and invited applications for six different category plots in Sector 22D, according to an official statement. This process began on September 28, 2023. The reserved price of plots (including PLC) has been fixed between Rs 61.5 crore to Rs 135.3 crore, while the registration amount has been fixed between Rs 6.15 crore to Rs 13.53 crore, it said.

The official statement mentioned that the Group Housing Plot Scheme puts developers in an advantageous position, owing to the close proximity to Jewar Airport, the International Film City, Yamuna Expressway, the Medical Park, the Educational Hub and the Buddha International Circuit. The new scheme was launched In line with chief minister Yogi Adityanath’s vision to transform Uttar Pradesh into a trillion-dollar economy and develop world-class civic amenities in Greater Noida.

Those who acquire land through this scheme will have access to several facilities and enhanced connectivity. With these housing schemes, the residents of the buildings constructed on these plots will benefit from the various facilities in the future, including a world-class project in the form of a Pod Transit System. This development is set to improve the living standards of people residing in the Greater Noida area through top-tier facilities.

Interested applicants can submit their applications by October 27, 2023. They can log in to the official Yeida website https://yamunaexpresswayauthority.com/ for more information. The selection of successful applicants will be completed before November 21, 2023. An e-auction, which will take place on the same day, will enable selected applicants to acquire land under the scheme.

Plots to be allotted in six categories through e-auction

According to the statement, the data on vacant plots related to this scheme is available on the website of Yeida. This includes plot area, sector, per square meter rate of allocation and reserved price. Allocation of land will be done for a total of six types of plots in Sector 22D of Greater Noida. Bidding worth crores for this is scheduled for November 21, 2023.

Under the new plotting scheme launched by the authority, applications have been invited for the allocation of plots ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 square metre (sqm). Under the scheme, plots between GH-01A-1 to GH-1C-2 in Sector 22D have been designated for the Group Housing Scheme.

For the new scheme, Yeida has tied up with ICICI Bank, which will be an exclusive banking partner and will carry out the banking operations related to the project.
