The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced the MHADA Aurangabad lottery 2023 in which it will sell 849 homes. Of the total, around 605 flats are available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). The units are available in areas, including Aurangabad, Hingoli, Jalna, Latur, Nanded and Osmanabad. Also, part of the lottery are 87 plots in the above-mentioned places.
MHADA Aurangabad lottery 2023 registration
Interested applicants have to do a single MHADA registration and participate in the MHADA Aurangabad lottery or any other MHADA board lottery. Note that MHADA lottery registration has to be done under MHADA Housing Lottery System IHLMS 2.0 at https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn . Note that all documents have to be submitted at the time of registration and only verified documents will be eligible for the MHADA Aurangabad lottery 2023. Documents that have to submitted at the time of registration include PAN card, Aadhaar card, Domicile certificate, Income certificate, Affidavit, Photograph and E-Signature and acceptance letter.
