Modal, actor and one of the India’s most followed fitness icons, Milind Soman has bought his new home in Mumbai’s Prabhadevi area for an undisclosed amount.
The 4-BHK luxury house is located at Ocean Star, a luxury housing project by Suraj Estate Developers Limited. Soman’s new home has a carpet area of over 1,720 square foot, with two parking spaces.
Designed by the architect, Sanjay Puri, Ocean Star offers 3 and 4BHK residences, sized 1,153 sqft and 1,720 sqft, respectively. It has a floor-to-floor height of 12.6 foot and endless views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra Worli Sea-Link.

Located next to the Dadar Beach, the housing project at Prabhadevi is positioned close to the iconic Siddhivinayak Temple while also offering easy access to Mumbai’s other commercial hubs. Prabhadevi has recently seen a lot of traction from the who’s who of the town, owing to its connectivity and low density compared to other micro-markets of the catchment.
Established in 1986, the Mumbai-based developer has so far constructed 42 projects in the city and has a strong presence in the residential submarkets of Mahim, Matunga, Dadar, Prabhadevi and Parel.

Suraj Estate recently filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to raise up to Rs 500 crore through an initial public offering with a fresh issue of shares.
