Patna Municipal Corporation sealed 784 properties against property tax defaulters

March 06, 2024: Pune Municipal Corporation launched a brand-new initiative called “Mission 30-Day, Rs 30 Crore” recently. Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has begun sealing the premises as part of this campaign in an effort to raise Rs 30 crore in income. The authorities have recently discovered approximately 9999 defaulters who owe them between Rs 5000 and Rs 50,000. There would be about 784 sealed properties, all of which owe Rs 50,000.

The authority has created six circles out of 75 wards and 75 teams. Each team will visit residences, businesses and institutions to retrieve any unpaid taxes. The “Mission 30-Day, Rs 30 Crore” campaign seeks to collect waste fees and holding tax. The special team will depart at 7 a.m. on Sundays in order to retrieve the taxes. 

Until March 31, 2024, the offices will also be open on Sundays for the purpose of paying property taxes.

  • SAS (Self-Assessment Scheme) no.
  • Circle name
  • Ward no.
  • New holding no. / Old holding no.
  • Owner name

Enter one of the parametres from the above list and click on search.
