November 21, 2023: Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold two penthouses in Mumbai that spreads across 2,292 sqft of built up area for Rs 6 crore, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com. Both the penthouses are located on the 9th floor of Karan Apartment in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara.
While the penthouse with an area of around 860 sqft and was sold for Rs 2.25 crore, the penthouse with an area of 1,432 sqft was sold for Rs 3.75 crore mentioned the documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The registration of both the houses were done on different days – October 23, 2023 and October 25, 2023. Purchased by Abhishek Chaubey, the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 36 lakh for both the properties.
