June 20, 2023: Real estate developer Runwal Group on June 19, 2023, announced the launch of Central Avenue, Phase-6 of its project Runwal Gardens at Dombivli in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Central Avenue comprises over 900 residential units in two 32-storey towers. The price of apartments, which range between 421 sqft and 523 sqft, starts from Rs 44 lakh.

Located 15 minutes away from the Dombivli Railway Station, it is surrounded by the 11-acre central park, several commercial offices and international schools such as Euro School and Ryan International School. Central Avenue enjoys easy connectivity to Thane, Navi Mumbai and Mumbai as it is situated in close proximity to the proposed Kalyan Taloja Metro Line, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet train and the Airoli-Katai tunnel freeway.

The two elevated clubhouses at Runwal Gardens are spread over 117,000 sqft.
