Ulwe is a Southern node of Navi Mumbai and a planned township developed and maintained by CIDCO.

Ulwe is a node city of Panvel in Maharashtra. Developed as part of the development project by

CIDCO for Navi Mumbai, Ulwe is expected to become one of the several planned townships in Navi

Mumbai and a major one after Vashi. Ulwe is expected to become a part of the Panvel Municipal

Corporation and the overall development has positively impacted price trends in Ulwe. Ulwe holds

great potential in terms of industrial development. A large part of Ulwe belonging to Reliance

Industries is under development for residential and commercial activities. The nearest railway

station is the Bamandogri railway station which has been named after one of the villages that was

upcoming infrastructural projects has caused a drastic increase in property rates of Ulwe. Average

property prices in Ulwe have been estimated to be around Rs. 4899 per sq. ft. with the highest being

Rs. 4931 per sq. ft. and lowest being Rs. 4867 per sq. ft. Property trends predict that Ulwe is likely to

see a price appreciation of around 145 percent in the coming years. Out of the 6606 residential units

that were launched in this region since 2009, as many as 5000 units have already been sold.
