Bollywood director and music composer and winner of seven national awards Vishal Bhardwaj and his family have invested in a residential apartment in Versova, Mumbai for Rs 19.5 crore, mentions an ET report. The property has been bought along with Vishal Bhardwaj’s wife Rekha Bhardwaj and son Aasmaan Bhardwaj.

Spread over a built up area of 2,056 sq ft, the property is on the 21st floor of the Bay View residential tower. Finalised on October 7, 2022, the property was registered on October 10, 2022, mentions the documents accessed through Indextap.com. The Bhardwaj family has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.17 crore for registration of this property.

As part of the property deal, the Bhardwaj family will get a total of three car parking slots in the tower. The Bay View residential tower has amenities including swimming pool, park, club house, community centre and a gym.Â
