Yeida holds draw for residential scheme offering 1,184 plots

Yeida will upload the list of successful allottees on its official website.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) conduced the draw for the residential plot scheme on October 18, 2023. The scheme, which was launched on August 8, 2023, offers 1,184 plots near the upcoming Noida International Greenfield Airport at Jewar, located along the Yamuna Expressway. These plots are located in Yeida sectors 16, 17 and 20. Applications for the plots scheme closed on September 4, 2023. According to media reports, the scheme is expected to generate revenue of around Rs 698 crore for the authority.

A Moneycontrol report cited officials stating 1.4 lakh applicants had applied against 1,184 residential plots. Yeida will upload the list of successful allottees on its official website.

Yeida residential plots sizes

There are a total of 1,184 plots on offer under the Yeida Residential Plots Scheme. The size of these plots range between 120 square metre (sqm) and 2,000 sqm. The plots are available in the sizes of 120 sqm, 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 300 sqm, 500 sqm, 1,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm.

There are 194 plots available in the size of 120 sqm and 260 plots in the size of 162 sqm. In the category of plots in 200 sqm, the authority offers 466 plots.

 

Yeida residential plots prices

The plots are located in Sector 16, 17 and 20 near Yamuna Expressway. According to media reports, these plots are available for sale for Rs 24,600 per sqm.  The price of these plots ranges from Rs 29.5 lakh to Rs 4.92 crore.

 

How to apply for Yeida Residential Plots Scheme?

The application for the Yeida plots scheme can be done only through the online mode by visiting Yeida’s official website. The step-by-step process to register is explained below:

  • Interested applicants should visit the official Yeida website, where the brochure containing the application is available. They are required to pay Rs 500 along with GST of 18%.
  • Complete the application form with the relevant details and duly sign the form along with the required registration money. All the annexures and payment will be submitted online through net banking facility on a working day.
  • The application will not be considered in case of incomplete information such as if any column is left blank, if the photo is not pasted at the designated place, wrong address, no signature or thumb impression on the declaration or incorrect details.
  • Financing option is available at ICICI Bank branches, subject to necessary qualification.

On August 2, 2023, the Yeida launched a housing scheme offering 462 multi-storey flats on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis. The flats are located along the Yamuna Expressway in Sector 22D and their prices range between Rs 42 lakh and Rs 43 lakh. The housing scheme received around 3,089 applications and 650 people paid the registration fees of Rs 4.23 lakh in 24 hours of its launch, according to a Navbharat Times report. Originally aimed as a FCFS scheme, Yeida has now decided for a lucky draw mechanism due to the overwhelming demand.
