Enter district, mandal, division and village from the dropdown box. You can search by Khata number, Survey number and select from dropdown box. Alternatively, you can check through buyer’s name and seller’s name or mutation date. Enter captcha and click on get details.

• To check TS Pahani/ Telangana Adangal, on the CCLA website homepage, click on ‘Know your land status’. 

• Click on Land Details Search. 
• You will reach following page where you can search by Survey No/ Sub-Division No. or Pattadar Passbook Number.
• If you opt to search by Survey No/ Sub-Division No., select district, mandal and village from dropdown box, enter survey number and Khata number and Captcha and click on fetch. 

• You will see the following results.

• You will have access to all details about the land such as total extent, land status, nature of land, classification of land, land type, market value of survey no. etc. 
• Alternatively, if you choose to get details through Pattadar Passbook Number, select that option and enter Pattadar Passbook Number, Captcha and click on fetch. 

How to check pending loan charges on Maa Bhoomi Telangana?

To know the pending loan charges, click on ‘Loan Charges Pending’ listed under Record of Rights. You will reach https://dharani.telangana.gov.in/encumbranceDetails where you will get access to encumbrance details.  

The details include:

How to check land transaction details on Maa Bhoomi  Telangana?

• Click on ‘Deed Details’ under ‘Land Transaction Details’ on https://ccla.telangana.gov.in/integratedLandRegistry.do

• Select registration details between document number, layout plots and apartments, enter captcha and click on search.  

You will get registration details that include:

• Reg.Date, Exe. Date, Pres. Date
• Nature & market value, Con value
• Name of Parties Executant & Claimants
• Vol/Pg No, CD No, Doct No/Year
