The tower will be spread over an area of 70,000 square feet. A dining hall, a swimming pool, a gym, a private theatre, and living quarters for the family members are all planned for the new, soaring residence. It includes a large patio, a pizza counter, outdoor seats, and even a vegetable garden on the uppermost level, which seems to be built for celebrations

  • Top floors for the family

The master floor will be on the 12th level, as per the construction plan submitted to the BMC. When it comes to square footage, the bedroom that Jhunjhunwala and his wife will be staying in is larger than the usual two-bedroom house. The master bedroom occupies 731 square feet, which is 20% larger than the typical 2 BHK currently on the market. Jhunjhunwala’s bathroom will reportedly be the size of an ordinary 1BHK flat in Mumbai, while his living and dining rooms would be bigger than numerous 3BHK luxury residences in the country’s financial capital. Their children will be living on the 11th level.

The tenth floor of the billionaire’s Malabar Hill house will include guest bedrooms. The top of the building will have a well-designed terrace comprising a vegetable garden, conservatory area and an outdoor seating deck.

  • Living room and dining

While the family quarters are saved for the 12th and 13th levels, the 10th floor is  a gathering place for the whole family. The Jhunjhunwalas would most likely spend most of their family time and eat their meals on this level, including a huge living room, a double-height extension balcony, a dining room, a puja room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are additional four rooms on this level. The living and dining room is spacious than most 3 BHK apartments in luxury projects.

  • The office

Even though there have been no specifics provided about the plans for the 9th level, the layout hints that this might be the location of Jhunjhunwala’s corporate headquarters, there are three cabins, two bathrooms, a staff area, and a pantry on the first floor of the building.

  • Recreational Rooms

The 8th level is dedicated to leisure and rejuvenation, and it has a fitness centre, spa, and sauna rooms. It will be designed for amenities such as gymnasium and massage. While the pool will be located on the 7th storey, the absence of a ceiling on the 8th floor will provide an open-air sensation while also providing a fantastic view of the city skyline.

  • Additional rooms & parking

A special section of the fourth level will be reserved for visitors. There will be provision for a banquet hall for the family to host large gatherings. A long, L-shaped kitchen will be built into the room. There will be several mid-sized rooms, restrooms, and storage places on the first, second, and third levels. On the bottom level, there are plans to construct a 3 lobby, a foyer, and a football field. There is a service and parking area in the basement. For the family of five, seven parking spaces are being constructed.
