March 29, 2024: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor have been regularly visiting their property in Bandra, Krishna Raj bungalow, which is nearing completion. According to a report by Bollywood Life, the star couple plans to register the Rs 250 crore property in their daughter Raha Kapoor’s name, which will make her the youngest and richest baby in Bollywood.
The new bungalow is the ‘most expensive celebrity bungalow in Mumbai, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. As cited in the report, a source said that Ranbir and Alia are equally investing their hard-earned money to build their dream house. The house will cost more than Rs 250 crore once it’s all done. This will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared with Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.
It is also said that Ranbir Kapoor will name the bungalow in his daughter Raha Kapoor’s name. Along with this bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and the worth is more than Rs 60 crore, the source added.
The source further said that Raha’s grandmother, Neetu Kapoor, will be the co-owner of the bungalow as her husband, late actor Rishi Kapoor, had made her ‘the half-owner of all his properties’.
Recently, Neetu Kapoor purchased a lavish house worth Rs 15 crore in the Bandra area. Currently, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor live at their Pali Hill residence, Vastu.
