The Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission (SSSM) is a government initiative launched in Madhya Pradesh. The mission aims to ensure that the disadvantaged members of society get easy access to various social security schemes as per their needs. There are schemes available for different sections of the society, including girls, elderly persons, labourers, those belonging to the below-poverty line (BPL) segment, etc. For effective implementation of these schemes, the state government launched a comprehensive social security program in 2010 and introduced the Samagra portal. All families living in the state are registered on the portal, and citizens are allotted a unique ID known as the SSSM ID.

What is Samagra ID?

Under the SSSM initiative by the Madhya Pradesh government, all citizens are allotted a unique identity number and the Samagra ID card is issued to them.

 

Types of Samagra ID

There are two types Samagra ID allotted under the SSSM scheme:

• Family SSSM ID: It is an eight-digit number allotted to one family.
• Member SSSM ID: It is a nine-digit number allotted to one family member. It is only allotted to members who are registered as members of a family at the time of making the Samagra ID.

Citizens of Madhya Pradesh must have an SSSM ID, which serves as proof when availing of state government schemes or services. For example, those applying for a BPL ration card should have a valid Samagra ID.

There are two types of SSS M ID – the Family SSSM ID and Member SSSM ID:

Go to the website www samagra gov in. Click on ‘Login’ option given on the top right corner of the home page. You will be directed to a new page. Enter the username, password, and captcha code. Click on ‘Login’.

 

 

How to apply on Samagra portal?

Beneficiaries of various government schemes can visit the samagra. gov. in MP portal and register themselves by following the procedure explained below:

Step 1: Go to the samagra gov.in website and click on the ‘Register the family’ option given in ‘Register family/members as a whole’ option under the ‘Services for Citizens’ section.

 

 

Step 2: A new page will open on the samagra gov in MP portal with the SSMID ID registration form. Complete the form by providing details such as address, family head details, etc.

 

 

Step 3: Upload the supporting documents and provide details in the given fields, ‘Issued by’ and ‘Issued date’.

 

 

Step 4: Then, click on ‘Add Family Members’. A new page will open. Complete the form by filling in details such as name, date of birth, age, gender, relation with family head, mobile number, Aadhaar details and email id. Click on ‘Add Member in Family’ option.

Users can check their family SSSM ID No online on the portal by following the procedure on how to find Samagra ID given below:

Step 1: Visit the Samagra portal. You will find the ‘Know the overall ID’ option under the ‘Services for Citizens’ section, which has different options:

• Know the entire family and member ID
• View information from member ID
• From family ID
• From family member ID
• From mobile number
• View information from member ID

Step 2: Click on ‘Know the entire family and member ID’. On the page, beneficiaries can know their nine-digit member SSSM ID number through the various options given below.

 

 

To get family ID information or, click on ‘View information from the member ID’. Enter the overall member ID and submit the code for verification.

Online mode

One can get their Samagra through the official http://samagra.gov.in/ website. Login to the portal. They must click on ‘register your family’ link. Complete the fields of the form with the required details. Click on ‘Register Application’ to submit the form. After approval, you will find Samagra ID on the portal under the Know your Samagra ID link. One can download the official Samagra ID.

Offline mode

To obtain your Samagra Family ID and Member ID, you can visit the nearest Panchayat or District Panchayat and request the officials concerned to create the required ID for you and your family.

Citizens can search for the Samagra SSSM ID with the help of mobile number.

• Visit the website of Samagra portal.
• Click on the ‘by mobile number’ option
• Enter the mobile number of the member,  the age group of the member,  the first two letters of the name of the member

• Submit the captcha. Click on View button to find the details.

 

How to check new / temporary registered families and members?

Click on ‘New / Temporary Registered Family’ under ‘Find new / temporary family / members’ on the home page of Samagra. On the next page, complete the fields by providing details like district, local body, gram panchayat/zones, village/ward, date and list type. Submit the code and click on ‘Show records’. 

 

How to find Samagra ward and list of colonies?

Click on ‘Go to your ward (colony)’ under ‘Urban Bodies: – Find Colony / Ward’ on the home page. Enter details like district, local body, and colony name. Click on ‘Search’ to find ward information.

 

 

To find the list of colonies, click on ‘See list of colonies under ward’ under ‘Urban Bodies: – Find Colony / Ward’. Provide details like district, local body, zone, and ward. Submit the code and click ‘Search’.

 

 

SSSM ID: Samagra eKYC

Go to ‘Services For Citizens section’ on the home page of samagra .gov.in portal. Under ‘Update overall profile’, click on ‘Update date of birth, name and gender through e-KYC’ option.

To seed your Aadhaar with your Samagra ID, enter the Composite ID, Aadhaar number and mobile number. Submit the code and click on ‘Request to get OTP on’.

• Click on the ‘Know your e-KYC Status’ on the home page

If you want to change any details in your Samagra ID, you can do so in a few easy steps. You can apply for the following corrections in the overall ID:

In case you do not get your Samagra ID through any means, you go to the Gram Panchayat / District Panchayat office (in rural areas) and ward or zone office in urban areas and get your Samagra ID through the Samagra Register of the residents there.

If you have any of your family member’s ID, using this ID you can find out the samagra ID of yourself and your family. Search by e-ration card

Under the Food Security Act, non-income taxpayer of SC/ST families in the state are eligible to avail of food items (5 kg per month per person) from various ration shops through the Public Distribution System (PDS). The government provides Samagra ID of all the students of the school on the Samagra Shiksha portal. Those having school-going children in the family can go to the Samagra Shiksha Portal and obtain their ID for them and all other family members.

One can get Samagra ID using their mobile number. Click on the relevant link on the home page. Enter the details such as mobile number, age group and first two letters of member’s name, etc. and click on ‘View’ and enter the captcha code to obtain the information.

Search by Aadhaar card

One can use their Aadhaar card details to find the Samagra ID online. Click on the relevant ‘Search by Aadhaar’ link. Submit details such as Aadhaar number, age group, and first two letters of the name. Click on ‘view’ and enter the captcha code to obtain the information.

Search by bank account number

Click on the ‘Search by bank account number’ option on the official Samagra portal. Provide the bank account number and other relevant information. Click on ‘View’ and enter the captcha code to see the details.

 

SSSM ID: How to get district-wise pendency report?

• Visit the Samagra portal at https://samagra.gov.in.
• Click on the District wise pendency report option.
• A new page will appear
• Choose the District, Local Body and village from the drop-down list.
• Enter the Captcha Code.
• Click on the Show request. The district wise pendency report will be displayed on the screen.

 

How to remove member from Samagra ID list offline? 

If a person dies, the family members must update the death of the person in the overall family ID and declare the person dead in the portal. This ensures the family are able to receive the benefits the person’s plan. Moreover, any girl member of the family, who is married, can remove her membership from the family ID.

• Visit the Samagra Portal .
• Click on SPR Login option on the homepage
• Login using your credentials on the new page.
• The dashboard of the employee management system will appear.
• Click on Member Registration and Management option.
• Submit Samagra ID. Click on Get Members Details.
• Complete details of that concerned person will be displayed.
• Enter the composite ID once and the reason for deleting the user.
• In the next step, you can remove a member from the Samagra ID by clicking on the option given.

 

How to remove member from Samagra ID list offline? 

• To remove a family member from the Samagra ID, visit the Ward office/ City Council/ Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat office of the district panchayat.
• Get an application form
• Complete the form and submit it along with the composite family ID number along with the person’s death certificate, request, name deletion details.
