With an aim to offer fast citizen services and keep a check on land transaction-related scams, the Rajasthan government offers records of rights (RoR) of land online, through its Apna Khata portal. The portal was set up by the Revenue Department after the state passed the Rajasthan Urban Land (Certification of Titles) Act, 2016, a law seeking to provide state-guaranteed land titles.

More commonly known as jamabandi nakal or bhulekh in Rajasthan, the accessibility of RoR of land online, not only helps the state maintain them better but also provides ease of procuring documents for the common man.
