Erasmus Mundus Scholarship: Selection criteria

The whole admissions procedure is handled by the Joint Admission Committee of the EMHRPP (Erasmus Mundus Human Rights Policy and Practice); however, the organisational coordinators and conveners are also involved in the procedure in some capacity. The selection criteria are based on proficiency in academics, motivation letter, recommendation letter and work experience.

These three categories increase the maximum number of points that students may earn. Each applicant’s cumulative score is then considered.  In typical circumstances, each of the three categories is worth a total of forty, twenty, and forty points, respectively.

Erasmus Mundus Scholarship: Duration

The student may only participate in the Erasmus Mundus scholarship scheme for a period of time that is comparable to one academic cycle in Europe.
